1. Who we are

is the data controller for personal data collected through this booking system.

2. What we collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Appointment details — date, time, duration, and service type
• A Stripe payment reference (your card details are processed by Stripe directly and are never stored by us)

3. Why we collect it

To confirm and manage your booking, send appointment reminders, and process any refund if a cancellation is approved. The legal basis is contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Third-party processors

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe; we receive only a payment reference.
• sms.to (sms.to) — SMS appointment reminders sent to the mobile number you provide.
• Google (google.com) — appointment scheduling (Google Calendar), confirmation and reminder emails (Gmail), and optionally booking records (Google Sheets). Data is stored in Google's EU infrastructure.

5. How long we keep your data

Appointment records are retained for up to 3 years from your last appointment where extended record-keeping is maintained, or deleted within 90 days of your appointment where it is not.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any right, contact us at . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This page does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Stripe's embedded payment form may set cookies strictly required for fraud prevention.
